Got Thick Hair? Try The Pixie Haircut

I did a manual handling training course recent and as I sat in the class i noticed a nice looking woman with what is called a pixie haircut. I liked it so I asked her about it and she gave me a bit of information on it.

If you have thick lustrous hair, then you also have the liberty to style it as you want. Fuller hair also means that you don’t have to shampoo it every day to make it look thick. However, thick hair can weigh you down in summer. Thus, you need a short and chic haircut that will let you breathe easy despite the heat.

You can go for a pixie haircut and flaunt it with panache and style. It gives you a bold feminine look. But you need to be confident enough to carry this cut with poise. The pixie haircut frames the face beautifully and accentuates the facial features. The cut isn’t very expensive and requires minimal maintenance.

In the basic pixie cut, the hair is cut very short and narrowed layers while the edges are left soft. This lends you a slightly messy look, just like a ‘careless beauty’. Professional women who need more of a defined look can choose a more layered cut, which can be easily styled. This is the best choice for those who have long faces as it adds more volume to the sides and make it seem bigger. Those with square faces should go for long layers across the forehead, which would lend the face a tinier look. <
