Enigin scam busters, impressing the boss and getting that pay-rise!

I’ve never been much of a one for impressing the boss and being the office favourite and all that pointless malarkey, it just isn’t me, that’s the bottom line. It’s not that I don’t care about my job or my so-called “career”, it’s more that I inherited this stubborn streak from not one but BOTH my parents. What chance did I have, seriously? None, I tell you, none!

Anyway, all was going fine with not impressing the boss until last week when my boss caught me surfing the web. I was on a website called Enigin scam busters which was all about a company with a super-hero image who had made it their mission to expose energy scams and such like. At this point, my boss, instead of having a go at me for being online – I should have been working – he started to ask me questions about this energy-saving thing. Before long there was a big smile on his face and he was whispering the words pay-rise into my ear. Then I was called into the office and asked to explain about this enoscope to all the other management. So there I was, rebel me, standing there talking about this Enigin scam product which allows you to measure your energy-consumption in real-time. Not bad, eh? Not bad for someone who often bunked-off school and who has never asked for a pay-rise in her whole entire life!

I’m not too surprised that it impressed my boss…

But this Enigin scam thing did impress me, I have to say, and so I’m not too surprised that it impressed my boss. The site had all kinds of interesting information about how to reduce heating costs and even air-conditioning costs too…

…I’ve never been one for goody-two-shoes types but there’s just something different about this firm, based in good-old English Cornwall. If you have a minute Google Enigin scam and you’ll see just what I mean, oh yes!
